Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elite Sports Complex. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elite Sports Complex website and your participation in our classes, programs, competitive teams, camps, clinics, events, and other services.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, making a payment, or participating in any Elite Sports Complex activity, you agree to these Terms. If you are registering an athlete who is a minor, you represent that you are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian and are authorized to accept these Terms on the athlete’s behalf.

  1. Registration and Enrollment

Registration may be required before participating in classes, teams, camps, clinics, or other programs.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing complete and accurate registration information.

Elite Sports Complex reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an enrollment when reasonably necessary, including because of capacity limitations, scheduling requirements, safety concerns, incomplete registration information, or program changes.

Registration does not guarantee placement in a particular class, team, level, instructor group, or schedule unless expressly confirmed by Elite Sports Complex.

  1. Program Fees and Billing

Program, membership, tuition, camp, registration, and other applicable fees are due according to the payment schedule established by Elite Sports Complex.

By registering for a program or membership, you authorize Elite Sports Complex or its designated payment processor to process applicable charges using the payment method provided.

Additional fees may apply for returned payments, late payments, registration changes, or other services where disclosed.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of participation.

  1. Monthly and Recurring Enrollment

Where a program requires monthly enrollment, tuition may continue according to the applicable enrollment terms until the membership or enrollment is properly cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with the applicable cancellation requirements communicated by Elite Sports Complex.

Simply stopping attendance does not necessarily constitute cancellation.

  1. Refund Policy

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Elite Sports Complex, program fees, registration fees, tuition, and other payments are non-refundable.

Elite Sports Complex may consider exceptions in limited circumstances at its discretion, including documented situations covered by an applicable program policy.

Any approved refund may be subject to applicable administrative fees, processing fees, or other deductions.

  1. Make-Up Policy

Make-up classes may be offered under the applicable Elite Sports Complex make-up policy.

Make-up opportunities are subject to availability, scheduling restrictions, program rules, and other applicable conditions.

Make-up classes are not guaranteed and may not be available for every absence.

Please refer to the applicable program information for specific make-up requirements.

  1. Extended Illness or Medical Absence

If an athlete is unable to participate for an extended period because of illness or another qualifying circumstance, Elite Sports Complex may require appropriate documentation before considering an accommodation.

Any credit, hold, schedule adjustment, or other accommodation is subject to the applicable program policy and Elite Sports Complex’s approval.

  1. Health and Medical Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for informing Elite Sports Complex of relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, physical limitations, or other circumstances that could affect an athlete’s participation.

Athletes should not participate when they are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been advised by a qualified medical professional not to participate.

Elite Sports Complex staff may restrict or discontinue an athlete’s participation when they reasonably believe participation presents a health or safety concern.

Parents or guardians are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice concerning an athlete’s ability to participate.

  1. Pre-Existing Injuries

Parents or guardians must disclose relevant pre-existing injuries or physical limitations before an athlete participates in activities that could reasonably be affected by such conditions.

Elite Sports Complex may require medical clearance before allowing an athlete to participate following an injury or medical condition.

Elite Sports Complex does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace the advice of a licensed healthcare professional.

  1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, sports, athletic training, camps, conditioning, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.

By participating, and where applicable by registering a minor participant, the participant and/or parent or legal guardian acknowledges these inherent risks and agrees to follow all applicable safety rules and instructions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

  1. Athlete Conduct

Athletes and their parents, guardians, and guests are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately.

Elite Sports Complex does not tolerate:

  • Bullying or harassment
  • Threatening or abusive behavior
  • Fighting
  • Discrimination
  • Intentionally damaging property
  • Unsafe behavior
  • Disrespect toward staff, coaches, athletes, or other guests
  • Repeated failure to follow safety instructions

Elite Sports Complex may take appropriate action, including removal from a class, program, facility, or event, when conduct creates a safety, operational, or behavioral concern.

  1. Facility and Equipment Use

Participants must use Elite Sports Complex facilities and equipment only as instructed.

Equipment may only be used for its intended purpose and under appropriate supervision.

Participants may be responsible for damage caused by intentional or negligent misuse of property, subject to applicable law.

  1. Camp Enrollment and Cancellation

Camp registration is subject to the applicable camp schedule, enrollment requirements, payment terms, and cancellation policy.

Where a cancellation deadline applies, cancellation requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe to be considered for any applicable credit or refund.

Absence from a camp without proper cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Elite Sports Complex reserves the right to modify or cancel a camp or program when circumstances require it.

  1. Schedule and Program Changes

Elite Sports Complex may modify class schedules, instructors, program locations, team assignments, program offerings, or other operational details when reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered participants.

Program schedules may also be affected by holidays, facility closures, weather, competitions, special events, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Athlete Privacy and Confidentiality

Elite Sports Complex respects the privacy of athletes and families.

Information collected during registration or participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the information provided during enrollment and notifying Elite Sports Complex of any necessary corrections.

  1. Photography, Video, and Promotional Materials

Elite Sports Complex may photograph or record activities, competitions, classes, camps, events, or other programs.

Where appropriate, applicable consent or release requirements will be used for promotional or public-facing use of an athlete’s image or likeness.

Participants and guests may not photograph or record other athletes in a manner that violates privacy, safety, or facility policies.
