General Party Information
Cost: $300 for up to 16 children, $10 per every extra child, and maximum 20 children per party.
Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and $200 due the week before the party.
Party time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Party ends promptly at the 1hr 45 min mark. A penalty fee of $50.00 will be assessed for ANY overtime.
Elite Staff: There will be two coaches ready to direct the party. Gratutity is always welcome for our party staff.
Ages: All children under 4yrs will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of party.
Coaches and Facility
Two coaches will be provided to lead the party. Our facility has two large gyms filled with a variety of gymnastics equipment, tumble track, and a trampoline room.
Set Up and Clean Up
Our staff will help with set-up and make sure everything is cleaned after your party!
A table that fits 20 children with a tablecloth is provided along with chairs.
Gym/Party Room Time
Gym Time: 1 hour 15 minutes Party room: 30 minutes
Gym time and party room time is flexible but needs to be communicated in advance.
Elite Sports Complex birthday parties feature an active and fun environment with exciting equipment!
Our parties will include a quick warm up, games, tumble track, obstacle course, open gym, and trampolines.
Your birthday child and friends will have a blast bouncing on our trampolines, tumble track, and playing on all the other various equipment!
Birthday Gift from Elite
The birthday child receives an Elite T-Shirt and a coupon for a free open gym!
All Food and Drink Items
Food that is brought in must be limited to snacks and dessert. Ex: cake, cupcakes, chips, fruit, water, juice boxes. (please no glass containers)
Party Favors & Decorations
You are welcome to bring party favors! Decorations are limited to balloons, center pieces, and birthday banners. Please no glitter, glass, or silly string.
