Trampoline & Tumbling recreational
Our Recreational Trampoline & Tumbling program provides a fun and supportive environment for
athletes to learn new skills, stay active, and build confidence. Participants work on trampoline and
tumbling fundamentals while developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body
awareness.
Classes are designed for skill development rather than competition, allowing athletes to progress at
their own pace with guidance from experienced coaches. Whether they are just getting started or
looking to improve existing skills, participants will enjoy a positive environment where they can learn,
challenge themselves, and have fun.
Beginner TnT (55 minutes)
