Trampoline & Tumbling Competitive
We offer a competitive team that competes at the regional, state, and national level. The team has a membership with the United States Trampoline & Tumbling Association and USA Gymnastics. The team is coached by USTA Safety Certified coaches, who were former
Advanced/Elite athletes, and long-time coaching/judging veterans.
The Elite Sports Complex Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling Program offers comprehensive training and competitive experience within the USAG Junior Olympic Program, from Levels 1 through Elite, as well as in the USTA Program, from beginner to elite levels. Placement in this program is by invitation or tryout only. Training schedules vary depending on the level.
Athletes competing under the USTA umbrella have opportunities to participate in local and national competitions and to qualify for the All-Star Elite National Team. Similarly, athletes in the USAG program have the chance to compete locally, nationally, and internationally, with opportunities to be selected for the National Team and international events such as the World Age Group Championships and World Championships.
Athletes must commit to 3-4 practices a week and train year round. The competition season begins in late fall/early winter and culminates with a National Championship in early summer. Higher level teams will travel to several out of state competitions.
