GIRLS' ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
Girls' Beginner (K-1st Grade, 2nd-3rd Grade, 4th & up)
This class will focus on the basic fundamental skills of gymnastics. Students will begin class with a locomotor warm up designed to build coordination, agility, & flexibility. Instruction on the apparatus (Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise, & Vault) begins after the warm up. Trampoline & Tumbltrak may be used as well. Students stay in the Beginner class 2-3 sessions, but it is not unusual to take longer to master the strength and skills necessary to advance (60 minutes).
Girls SuperKids (K-1st Grade, 1st -3rd Grade, 3rd & up)
Girls' SuperKids (K-1st Grade, 1st -3rd Grade, 3rd & up)
A greater focus on strength conditioning & technique begin in this level. Students will also spend more time on flexibility while developing their skills. (90 minutes)
Girls' Hotshots (K-1st Grade, 1st -3rd Grade, 3rd & up)
Hotshots classes meet twice a week for 90 minutes each class. Flexibility & strength will be gained while focusing on detailed drills & skills for long term development. Many students in Hotshots will aspire to our competitive program. It is expected to be part of the Hotshots program for an entire year. For students not wishing to dedicate the time necessary for competitive gymnastics, we offer a once a week class.
Girls' PreTeam
As the name suggests, students will learn the skills required to become part of our Level 3 competitive team. Preteam classes meet twice a week for 1.5-2 hours each class. Students do not compete or learn full routines, but will spend time mastering the Level 3 skills as determined by USA Gymnastics.

boys' ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
Superheroes (4 yrs – kindergarten)
This class is a perfect fit for your young superhero with lots of energy. Boys who have mastered the basics of our Gymkids class will be recommended for Superheroes. Boys will burn off energy while gaining coordination, strength, and flexibility that will translate to all sports (60 minutes).
Boys' Beginner

Instruction on the apparatus (Floor Exercise, Rings, Parallel Bars, Vault, Pommel Horse, & High Bar) begins after the warm up. Trampoline & Tumbltrak may be used as well (60 minutes).
Boys' Superkids
A greater focus on strength conditioning & technique begin in this level. (75 minutes).
Boys' Advanced
Boys will gain flexibility & strength while focusing on detailed drills & skills for long term development. Many students in Advanced will aspire to our competitive program. It is expected to be a part of the Advanced program for an entire year.
