Girls Beginner (1 hour)
This class will focus on the basic fundamental skills of gymnastics. Students will begin class with a warmup designed to build coordination, agility, and flexibility. After warm-up girls will have instruction on bars, beam, and floor. Trampoline & Tumbltrack may be used as well. Students stay in the beginner class 2-3 sessions, but it is not unusual to take longer to master the strength and skills necessary to advance.
(6 yrs old & up)
Girls SuperKids (90 minutes)
A greater focus on strength conditioning & technique begins in this level. Students will also spend more time on flexibility while developing their skills.

Girls' Hotshots (90 mintues)
Hotshots classes meet twice a week for 90 minutes each class. Flexibility & strength will be gained while focusing on detailed drills & skills for long term development. Many students in Hotshots will aspire to our competitive program. It is expected to be part of the Hotshots program for an entire year. For students not wishing to dedicate the time necessary for competitive gymnastics, we offer a once-a-week class.

Girls' Pre-Team (1.5-2 hours)
In this class, girls will learn the skills required to become part of our competitive teams. Pre-team classes meet twice a week for 1.5-2 hours each class. Students do not compete or learn full routines but will spend time mastering the competitive skills as determined by USA Gymnastics.

Boy's artistic Gymnastics

Superheroes (1 hour)
Gymkids class is required before moving to Superhero’s. This class is a perfect fit for 6-year-olds with lots of energy. Boys will burn off energy while gaining coordination, strength, and flexibility that will translate to all sports. (6 years)

Boy's Beginner (1 hour)
This class will focus on the basic fundamental skills of boy’s gymnastics. Students will begin class with a warm-up designed to build coordination, agility, and flexibility. Boys will be instructed on floor, rings, parallel bars, vault, pommel horse, and high bar. Trampoline and tumbletrack may be used as well.
Boy's Advanced
Boys will gain flexibility & strength while focusing on detailed drills & skills for long term development. Many athletes in advanced will aspire to our competitive program. It is expected to be a part of the advanced program for an entire year.
