At Elite Sports Complex in Downers Grove, IL, we’re always looking for passionate, energetic team members to join our gymnastics family. If you love working with kids in a fun, safe, and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re currently hiring for:

• Assistant Women’s Xcel Coach (Silver & Gold levels)
• Assistant Boys AAU Coach
• Recreational Gymnastics Coaches
• Assistant Trampoline & Tumbling Coaches
• Assistant Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches
• Event Staff (birthday parties & special events)

Pay Rates:

• Coaching Positions: $15/hour and up, based on experience
• Event Staff: Stipend pay averaging $25/hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, energetic, and reliable individuals
• Applicants within commuting distance to Downers Grove, IL
• Gymnastics, tumbling, or rhythmic experience preferred (training provided for recreational & event staff roles)
• A love for helping kids grow in a safe, encouraging environment
