About Us

Our Instructional Philosophy

At Elite Sports Complex we are committed to putting kids first! We stress safety and fun in a gymnastics environment. Kids will grow physically, socially, and mentally through our variety of programs.

As instructors of children and young adults, we accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing while in our care.
We understand the impact our behavior, appearance, and knowledge has on their lives.
We recognize we are role models and everything we do or say can make a lasting impression on them.
We will only teach developmentally and ability-appropriate skills to our students.
We will keep in mind that to be successful requires us to keep a positive and encouraging philosophy.
We will strive to make every lesson fun so that our students will want to return and stay enrolled, allowing them to achieve the greatest benefits from participation in our activities and programs.

Our Policy Agreement

CLASS REGISTRATION PROCESS

Enrollment is year-round; tuition is charged on a monthly basis.

Elite requires a credit card on file for all monthly fees.

Once enrolled, you will remain enrolled until you un-enroll.

The card on file will be automatically charged for monthly tuition between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Tuition is based on 4 weeks per month – some months may have 5 classes.  Some months may be short due to planned closures/holidays.  Tuition will not be adjusted either way.  It will even out over the course of the year.

A 10% discount on any second class or sibling when sharing the same account.

Annual registration fee of $30 per child, good for 12 months from anniversary date.

BILLING

You have until the 28th of the month to drop enrollment for the following month.  You will be financially responsible for the following month if not dropped by the 28th.  Please make your drop request through the Customer Portal (preferred) or via email.

  • Credit cards on file will be debited between the 1st and the 5th of every month.
  • If you prefer to pay cash/check or in person, payment must be made before the 1st of each month. A $25.00 service charge  will be applied to your account for any returned payments.
  • Failure to make your payment by the 5th of each month will result in dropped enrollment.  No exceptions. Any account that is dropped due to non-payment and later re-enrolled will be subject to a non-refundable administrative re-enrollment fee of $15.00 in addition to the outstanding balance.

MAKE-UP POLICY

As a courtesy, Elite allows a maximum of ONE make up token per calendar month for a missed class. Makeup token requests may be submitted 24 hours after attendance has been recorded (attendance is processed the next business day).  Makeup tokens can only be requested and scheduled AFTER the missed class. You can request tokens for the past 30 days via email; requests beyond that timeframe are not available.  Pre-registration for make-up classes is REQUIRED. Students are permitted up to 2 makeup classes per month. Tokens are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be applied as a credit or towards tuition or fees. Missed makeup classes will not be rescheduled. Students must be actively enrolled in a class to use makeup tokens, any unused tokens will be forfeited when the student is withdrawn from class.

NO REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available for classes, camps, or registration fees. No credits or refunds will be issued in the event of general absences or sick days.

EXTENDED ILLNESS OR INJURY (Inability to Continue Program)
If a student is unable to participate due to an extended illness or injury,  a written note from a licensed physician stating the applicable dates must be submitted within seven (7) days of the first missed class. Upon approval, tuition for the unused portion of the current enrolled month will be prorated and issued as a credit or refund at Elite’s discretion. The student will be withdrawn effective the last date of attendance, and their spot will not be held. Re-enrollment is subject to availability.  No credits or refunds will be issued without proper documentation.

HEALTH POLICY

If your child is sick, do not send them to class for the safety of other students and staff.  If your child shows visible signs of illness, including cough, we will send them out of class to be sent home with the parent and guardian.

PRE-EXISTING INJURY POLICY

Students attending class with a pre-existing or prior injury must provide a written clearance note from a licensed physician stating they are approved to participate in gymnastics activities. Elite reserves the right to deny participation without proper medical clearance.

CAMP ENROLLMENT POLICY

Cancellations must be requested at least 14 business days before the registered camp week to receive a credit toward other Elite camps/classes. Schedule changes must be made at least 5 business days prior to the camp week. Each family is allowed one free reservation change; additional changes are $10 each (subject to availability). No credits or refunds for absences or illness. An extended illness or injury will be handled in accordance with our “Extended Illness or Injury” policy.
