Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport which eloquently combines the
beauty and grace of dance with the agility and dexterity of gymnastics.
Rhythmic gymnasts use hand apparatus such as ribbon, rope, hoop, ball and
clubs, which are constantly in motion, synchronized with their body movements.
This competitive sport and beautiful art form is designed specifically
for girls and includes individual and group routines.

Junior Jumpers (4-K)
Young students will work on hand eye coordination while working basic
gymnastics skills (60 minutes).

Intro (1st and up)
Working on handling the apparatus while also coordinating movements to
music is a major step in this class (60 minutes).

Basic (1st and up)
Those students showing an aptitude for rhythmic gymnastics will be recommended
in this class. A greater attention to movement, coordination and
flexibility will be gained (90 minutes).

Progressive & High Hopes
These preteam classes are by recommendation for students who wish to
eventually join our competitive team. Progressive classes meet once a week
(90 minutes) and High Hopes meet once a week (2 hours).

Rhythmic Competitive Program
Elite offers competitive rhythmic gymnastics for Level 3 through 10 as well
as group competition. Our team has a long history at Elite, being the official
